I am Deblina Roy, I hail from an ancient Small town of Bishnupur of Bankura District, of West Bengal, India. I have done my Bachelors in Nursing with Honors from B.M.Birla College of Nursing, one of the best hospitals and Nursing Colleges of West Bengal, affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences, in 20013. I have taught in Shova Rani Nursing college of KPC medical College an Hospital till 2014 and then joined in the implementation of RMNCH+A program of Government of India as Block Level Nurse Mentor where I participated and facilitated establishment and development of Safe delivery points, Quality improvement of Community health centers and training and development of Nursing HR at various levels in UP. I did my post graduation from King Georges Medical University College of Nursing in Psychiatric Nursing from 2015-2017 scoring highest in my Specialty. I started my academic writing since my PG days . I have worked previously in JHPIEGO an Organization of international Acclaim for Public health there I had worked as a Program Officer in BMGF funded Family Program and MCSP Health and wellness centers program. I have published 2 book chapters 2 peer reviewed articles in national and international publications; presented oral papers and poster in World Congress of Mental health and chaired Scientific sessions in ANCIPS 2018. I am currently working as Assistant professor of Psychiatric Nursing in Department of Psychiatry in KGMU, Lucknow.
